Determined to empower Nigerians, especially youths to become business owners and earn good income, Chesed Homes, a real estate company, has launched its business initiative to educate youths through organised seminars to create wealth.
The Managing Director of Chesed Homes, Omotola Fawehinmi, a Lagos-based Real Estate company, who is also a consultant on youth empowerment, said his ambition is to invest heavily on social investment in Nigeria as a way of giving back to the society, which could reduce unemployment challenges confronting the nation.
Speaking with journalists, Fawehinmi said he has created a platform that promotes economic empowerment for youths and also launched its iconic network in order to fully commence its economic empowerment campaign.
He said he has successfully organised many empowerment programmes to educate and equip youths in creation of their own businesses.
“In the highly competitive property business in Nigeria, it is difficult to stand out from the crowd. But this is certainly not the case for Chesed Homes.
“Talk of one emerging property firm in Nigeria today that offers genuine documentation on properties, affordability of its products and integrity of its managers, Chesed Homes will be mentioned.” According to him, “The real estate firm is one of the fastest growing firms in Nigeria today. The vision of the company is to become number-one real estate solution provider in Nigeria through Fintech solutions.”
Fawehinmi, who has carved a niche for his business in the Nigeria property industry, said the desire of the company has always been to help all stakeholders create wealth, either as an agent or self-employed by creating a platform that enables them to create their own wealth.
